SHIPPING & DELIVERY

★SHIPPING TIMES 

(SHIPPING is $5 for United Stated Domestic Shipping)
-Our standard shipping method for international customers is USPS. This method takes approximately 2-3 business days to arrive. (For items like rings, cufflinks, and anything over 2cm tall when packed up)

-If the item you ordered is nice and flat your package will go out by standard letter mail which reduces the cost and the shipping time is approximately 2 days or 1 week internationally. 
★★★★★★ These shipping times do not include the time that customs may hold up the package at the border. ★THERE IS NO GUARANTEE ON THESE SHIPPING TIMES ★

In the case that your package does not arrive within the standard shipping times, it is our policy to wait an additional 14 business days before reshipping an item.
If you need your item to arrive by a specific date, please let us know and we can let you know what the best guaranteed shipping method would be.

★ PACKAGE TRACKING - USPS does offer tracking numbers for the above shipping methods. 

★★★Please double check your shipping address. If the shipping address you provide to us is incorrect. You will be responsible for the cost of any additional cost to re-ship your items to you. ★★★

★ CUSTOMS & DUTY - Every country has a different set of import and export policies. Our shipping fees do not include any possible fees or tariffs that your country may charge for your shipment. Our products ship from United States, you can consult with your post office or government website to find out more information about any possible import fees. As a registered business we cannot ship items marked as gifts.

Items purchased locally (in San Antonio) are eligible for free shipping, just message us with the items you are interested in and we will create a reserved listing for you!

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept refunds and exchanges.

* All sales are FINAL. So please make sure you really want something before proceeding to checkout. 

* If something arrives broken, let me know via a private message as soon as possible (with pictures included of the broken item) and we can work it out from there. :) Please message me about any items that arrive broken before leaving negative feedback. <-- PLEASE

CUSTOM ITEMS

We can accommodate most requests for alterations to our current items. We are not currently taking commissions for completely customized items. For example if you see a brooch you like but you'd like it better as a necklace, just let us know and we can probably make that happen. Our polymer clay items are hand sculpted so no two are exactly alike, but we can make you something similar. 

 

QUALITY

All of our polymer clay items are hand sculpted so there are no two exactly alike. WE work diligently to create quality pieces, but due to the handmade nature of our products we cannot guarantee perfection. Most of our items are mold free (both the nasty green kind and the kind that makes boring cookie cutter jewelry). Our clothing is printed manually in United States and designed by us.

 

METAL ALLERGIES

We try to use nickel free findings when possible. Please check the item descriptions to be sure the item you are interested in is nickel free, if it's not and you need it to be, just ask, and in most cases we can make it happen. If you want to upgrade to sterling silver chain & findings just inquire and we can let you know if it's an option and quote you a revised price.

 

COLOR MATCHING

Due to the possible colour variation between each person's computer monitor the colour you see may vary slightly from the actual colour of an item. If you are trying to perfectly coordinate an outfit, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match.

 

POLYMER CLAY CARE

Polymer clay is a very durable material, once cured it becomes plastic.
Some pieces do have delicate pieces or shapes. As with most handmade items, we would encourage you to take good care of your purchase. Please don't wear it in the shower, swimming or use it to crack walnuts ;D
